Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In this role, you'll initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders, assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars. You'll scan and bag orders, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and food standards is essential. You'll also support training new team members, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity regarding all business and customer information.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts cooperatively, and support customers with diverse needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
