Responsibilities include selecting and gathering products for online orders efficiently, assembling orders, processing coupons and payments, and loading orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service, demonstrate company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
6. Ensure customer expectations for shopping experience are met or exceeded.
7. Follow safety laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
9. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
10. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
11. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
12. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity.
13. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, or cashier.
