Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values such as respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction with shopping experience, quality, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality.
9. Follow notes and instructions accurately.
10. Maintain order accuracy and cleanliness of staging areas.
11. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures.
13. Assist in training new team members.
14. Meet productivity standards.
15. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflict professionally.
16. Act with honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
