Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety and food handling regulations.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Provide positive customer interactions and support.
• Perform POS transactions and handle out-of-stock substitutions.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse, stocking, or cashier role.
