Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Follow safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
8. Ensure order accuracy and quality.
9. Respond professionally to customer calls.
10. Follow policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items.
11. Report equipment issues and perform opening/closing procedures.
12. Assist in training new team members.
13. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
14. Manage conflicts calmly and act with integrity.
15. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
16. Perform essential functions with or without accommodations.

Qualifications
