Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Essential Job Functions:

1. Efficiently select and gather products for online orders, ensuring freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards while on the go.
5. Communicate any order substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
6. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
7. Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
8. Handle orders accurately and ensure proper storage.
9. Respond professionally to customer communications.
10. Ensure order accuracy and quality before delivery or loading.
11. Provide a positive shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
12. Process transactions via POS system.
13. Follow policies for out-of-stock substitutions.
14. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
15. Assist in training new team members.
16. Meet productivity standards.
17. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts calmly.
