Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars.
3. Scan and bag orders adhering to bagging standards.
4. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
5. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, and store products appropriately.
6. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
7. Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
8. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
9. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
10. Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
11. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
12. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
13. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
14. Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
