Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and deliver and load orders into customer vehicles.
3. Scan and bag items efficiently, adhering to bagging standards.
4. Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
5. Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
6. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
7. Store products in optimal conditions, ensuring quality and freshness.
8. Read and follow note instructions for each order.
9. Ensure order accuracy, retrieve from staging areas, and load into customers' cars.
10. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
11. Process transactions through the POS system.
12. Handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
13. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
14. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
15. Assist in training new team members.
16. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
17. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
18. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
19. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
20. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
