Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues at pickup.
3. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness of all items.
4. Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
5. Store products appropriately and maintain cleanliness of staging areas.
6. Operate POS systems and manage order substitutions as needed.
7. Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
8. Maintain organization, report discrepancies, and ensure equipment functionality.
9. Provide excellent customer service, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
10. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
