Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. 4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction with shopping experience.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company policies.
8. Receive and store orders properly, maintaining temperature controls.
9. Follow specific instructions noted in orders.
10. Maintain order accuracy and quality.
11. Communicate professionally via phone.
12. Ensure cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
13. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
14. Assist in training new team members.
15. Meet productivity standards.
