Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Minimum requirements include:

• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Desired previous experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles

Responsibilities include:

• Select and gather products efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality
• Initiate and complete order selection, assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars
• Scan and bag items, follow bagging standards
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas
• Ensure order accuracy and quality, respond to customer calls professionally
• Follow safety and food handling procedures, comply with laws and company policies
• Report equipment issues and discrepancies
• Assist in training new team members
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Adopt new processes and standards, meet productivity goals
