Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customer vehicles.
4. Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
6. Follow safety, legal, and company guidelines, including food safety procedures.
7. Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
8. Provide positive customer interactions and handle conflicts professionally.
9. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Basic math and reading shelf tags.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in shopping, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles is preferred.
