Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience.
• Follow safety laws, procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow instructions and ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phones.
• Ensure order quality and freshness.
• Process orders through POS system.
• Handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Achieve productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed.
• Support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
