Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag orders, follow all bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness. Adhere to all laws, safety procedures, and company policies. Store products in optimal conditions, ensure quality, and respond professionally to customer calls. Retrieve and verify orders, load into cars, and process transactions via POS system. Handle out-of-stock substitutions per policy. Maintain organized, clean staging areas and equipment. Report discrepancies and equipment issues. Perform opening and closing procedures. Assist in training new team members. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity. Follow directions and seek help when needed. Support customers with special needs, minors, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
