Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)


Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
  • Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
  • Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
  • Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
  • Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness; store products in optimal conditions.
  • Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
  • Use portable phones to communicate with customers professionally.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
  • Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and meet productivity standards.
  • Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
  • Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
  • Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
