Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
3. Follow all bagging standards and scan/bag orders promptly.
4. Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers during pickup.
5. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
7. Store products in optimal temperature zones and ensure quality and freshness.
8. Respond professionally and promptly to customer calls via portable phone.
9. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
10. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
11. Process orders through the POS system and handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.
12. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
13. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
14. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
15. Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
16. Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
17. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
18. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
19. Perform all essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations.
