Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsibly select and gather products for online orders, focusing on efficiency, freshness, and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and deliver/load orders for customer pickup.
4. Scan and bag items following bagging standards while on the go.
5. Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Adhere to all applicable laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
8. Receive and store customer orders in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring accuracy and quality.
9. Follow instructions carefully, including notes on orders.
10. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
11. Report discrepancies or equipment issues to management.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
13. Assist in training new team members.
14. Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
15. Handle conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
