Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety, legal, and company policies.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Provide positive customer interactions and support.
• Operate POS systems and handle substitutions if needed.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
