Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Minimum Position Qualifications:Desired Previous Experience:
• Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, maintaining quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all applicable laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality.
• Follow notes and directions accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers via portable phones.
• Verify order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Provide a positive customer experience to promote repeat business.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Manage substitutions for out-of-stock items per policy.
• Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
