Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all food safety procedures, laws, and company policies.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items, store products in appropriate temperature zones, and respond professionally to customer calls.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
