Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. 2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping convenience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
8. Handle orders from the order selector, store items properly, and ensure accuracy.
9. Follow instructions and note special requests.
10. Ensure all items are fresh and of high quality.
11. Communicate professionally via portable phone.
12. Retrieve, verify, and load customer orders.
13. Provide a positive shopping experience encouraging repeat business.
14. Process transactions through POS systems.
15. Manage out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
