• Initiating and completing the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assembling orders, processing coupons and payments, and delivering and loading orders into customers' cars for pickup.
• Scanning and bagging orders following all standards.
• Communicating substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meeting or exceeding customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Following all food safety laws, procedures, and company policies.
• Receiving orders, storing products in optimal conditions, and ensuring quality and freshness.
• Responding professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Ensuring order accuracy and loading orders into customers' vehicles.
• Processing orders through the POS system and managing stock shortages appropriately.
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Reporting discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Performing opening and closing procedures and assisting in training new team members.
• Meeting productivity standards and working cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
