Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete product selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars at pick-up.
• Scan and bag items following standards, and communicate any substitutions or issues to customers.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness; store items in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
• Support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
