**Job Description**
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. **Responsibilities**
**Essential Job Functions:**

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Follow bagging standards during order packing.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Ensure shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow specific instructions noted in orders.
• Maintain order quality and freshness.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone.
• Verify order accuracy and load into cars.
• Provide positive customer experiences to promote repeat business.
• Process orders through POS system.
• Manage substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Keep staging areas organized and clean.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Position Qualifications:**
