Job Description: In-Store Grocery Shopper & Online Grocery Pick-Up Associate

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars during pick-up.
• Scan, bag, and ensure order accuracy following all standards.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow food safety laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Inspect equipment and report issues.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
