Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Select and gather products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process transactions, and load vehicles at pickup.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Follow safety and food handling guidelines.
8. Ensure order accuracy and quality.
9. Interact professionally with customers via phone and in person.
10. Perform opening and closing procedures.
11. Assist in training new team members.
12. Meet productivity standards.
13. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
14. Manage conflicts professionally.
15. Act with honesty and integrity regarding information.
16. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
17. Support diverse customer needs, including minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.

Qualifications
