Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Essential Job Functions:

1. Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, maintaining quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
6. Ensure customer expectations for shopping experience are met or exceeded.
7. Follow all safety, food, and legal guidelines.
8. Handle orders from the staging area, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
9. Follow notes and instructions carefully.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
11. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
12. Assist in training new team members.
13. Meet productivity standards.
14. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
15. Act with honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
16. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
