Hy-Vee is seeking an Aisles Online Clerk to manage online order fulfillment with care and accuracy. You will select, bag, and organize orders, keeping items fresh and ready for pickup while following safety and dress standards.

You will greet customers, process payments, and help with substitutions as needed. Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience delivering strong customer service is valued.
• Ability to use a POS system and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in-store.
• Select, scan, and bag items accurately from all temperature zones.
• Tender orders through POS and process credit card payments.
• Place orders in storage at proper temperature and retrieve promptly.
• Maintain product temperatures during fulfillment and pickup.
• Load groceries into customer vehicles as needed.
• Monitor incoming online orders for timely fulfillment.
• Substitute products for customers when items are unavailable.
