Fleet Farm is seeking an Online Fulfillment Team Member to create a positive customer experience by timely fulfillment of online orders. You will locate merchandise in backroom and on the sales floor, ensuring accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to operate a forklift with certification, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Fleet Farm values teamwork and reliable service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Forklift certification required.
• Able to lift and move 50 pounds regularly.
• Warehouse environment includes temperature fluctuations, noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.

Responsabilités

• Complete Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within four hours.
• Ship Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within two days unless marked for next day.
• Properly prepare and pack customer orders for shipment using correct materials.
• Organize, stock, and fulfill layaway orders during holidays.
• Provide outstanding service with attention to detail and timely completion of work.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and other initiatives.

The Online Fulfillment Team Member will provide a positive customer experience through timely execution and fulfillment of online orders. The Team Member will be responsible for locating merchandise for online customer orders in both the backroom and on the sales floor.

Job Duties

• Complete Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within a four-hour timeframe to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ship Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within a two day timeframe, unless specifically marked for next day delivery service.
• Properly prepare and pack customer orders for shipment using correct materials in a timely manner.
• Properly organize, stock, and fulfill layaway orders during the holidays.
• Provide outstanding service to customers by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner.
• Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.

Job Requirements And Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
• Able to lift and move 50 pounds on a regular basis and climb ladders.
• Warehouse environment can expose temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
