Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus.
• FNP certification through AANP or ANCC is required.
• Active RN license meeting compact requirements is required.
• Minimum of 2 years as an FNP and experience precepting/teaching.

Responsibilities

• Develops instructional materials aligned with course objectives.
• Delivers effective virtual events and one-to-one coaching.
• Supports student progress and competency development.
• Facilitates online student communities and engagement.
• Adapts coaching to individual student needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
