TeachCast is hiring fun and engaging online instructors to work from home for our ongoing 2024-2025 school year. Teachers must live in the United States, but have the heart of a world traveler!
The Role
As an online ESL instructor, the primary duty is to teach students in an engaging manner. Teachers must be self-driven, energetic, and be sensitive toward an education culture that differs from the USA.

We provide a stable environment for our teachers. Our teachers are hired as W-2 employees, and we pay via direct deposit biweekly.
Job Type: Part-time
Starting Pay: $14/hr base pay, standby/non-teaching hours included! In addition - teaching bonuses up to $6/hr for longevity and commitment to classes taught.
Requirements
This role is remote and USA-based for teachers who are living in any state except: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington, or Washington DC.
The Block Schedule
Our teaching hours start in the evening, and vary depending on your time zone. Teachers can choose a block of time that falls within their listed time frame. Typically, blocks are four hours per day (20 hours per week), but teachers can do more or fewer.
