• Education: a high school diploma (or higher).
• Teaching certification: International certificate (TESOL, TEFL, TEYL, DELTA, CELTA, or similar).
• Experience: at least 6 months teaching English to children.
• Online teaching setup: stable internet connection.
• Experience with online classroom tools is preferred but not mandatory.
