Qualifications

• PhD or EdD in Educational Leadership from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated record of peer‑reviewed scholarly publications.
• Ability to teach effectively in online and synchronous settings.

Responsibilities

• Teach doctoral-level courses in Educational Leadership in a fully online EdD program with synchronous evenings.
• Design instruction that integrates applied research and evidence-based leadership.
• Mentor doctoral students in dissertations and practice projects.
• Maintain an active research agenda and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Participate in program assessment, accreditation, and continuous improvement.
