Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of online BAAS courses in Criminal Justice using competency-based education.
• Instructors of record evaluate student work and provide timely feedback.
• Monitor student progress and maintain regular communication with students.
• Support learner persistence toward mastery of course competencies.
• Participate in required training and collaborate with program leadership to ensure instructional quality and consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the program.
• Position structured as a 9-month academic-year appointment with a 3-month summer appointment.
