Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of courses in a competency-based education (CBE) format for the Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) in Criminal Justice. CBE courses are fully online and designated to allow students to progress by demonstrating mastery of clearly defined competencies.
• Faculty serve as instructors of record and are responsible for evaluating student work; providing timely, individualized feedback; monitoring student progress; maintaining regular communication with students; and supporting learner persistence toward mastery of course competencies.
• Faculty participate in required training, collaborate with program leadership to ensure instructional quality and consistency, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the competency-based education program.
