Job summary

City National Bank is seeking an Online Application Administrator to provide administrative support for Consumer Lending Managers and manage the online application process in Cross Lanes, WV. You will process consumer letters, handle confidential information, and coordinate with underwriting and branch staff to move applications forward.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years of administrative experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years administrative servicing experience (preferably in consumer banking)
• Work is generally indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
• Typically the employee may sit to perform the work. However, there may be some standing, walking, bending and carrying of light items in the course of the work
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

Responsibilities

• Assists Consumer Lending management with various projects and clerical department functions.
• Receives, prepares and mails consumer loan notices and related documents.
• Monitors online consumer loan applications and coordinates with underwriting and branch staff.
• Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
• Maintains procedures for various departmental plans related to disaster recovery, vendor management, inventory or any non-production related duties.
• Assists in the preparation of reports and training materials including PowerPoint presentations.
