Qualifications

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision preferred.
• Unencumbered Florida Mental Health Counselor license or eligible.
• Doctorate in Counselor Education or related field.
• 3+ years of graduate-level teaching experience.
• Knowledge of CACREP Accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide student support and supervision in assigned graduate counseling courses.
• Deliver curricular content aligned with CACREP standards.
• Facilitate online learning through discussions and instruction.
• Develop exams, assignments, and instructional resources.
• Provide timely grading and constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate class records, including grades and attendance.
• Develop course examinations and resources.
• Support student development of counseling skills and ethics.
• Prepare syllabi and weekly learning materials.
• Be familiar with institutional policies and participate in orientation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
