Saint Joseph’s University’s Teaching, Learning, and Behavioral Studies department seeks highly qualified adjunct instructors to teach a variety of courses at the undergraduate and graduate level on an as-needed basis. Courses may be scheduled during the day or in the evening, and taught on campus or online depending on course needs.

Appointments are semester-to-semester with no guarantee of consecutive terms.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Education or a closely related field is required.
• Initial teacher certification with three years of full-time teaching experience in PK12 schools or at the college level; not required for Child & Family Studies courses.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support and guidance to students
• Instruct an assigned course, providing syllabi and other instructional materials
• Use of university learning management systems to deliver instruction
• Report grades at midterm and final times
• Providing student learning outcomes data when asked

Educación
