Job summary

Sports Endeavors, LLC is seeking an ONF Coordinator (Seasonal) to lead the Heat Press team within the Professional Services Group. The role emphasizes coaching, timely task completion, and delivering production-ready output in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate with Lead, Supervisor, and Trainer for smooth transitions to production.

ONF Coordinator (Seasonal)
Job Purpose

The ONF Coordinator will work within our Professional Services Group, which has the mission of providing innovative customization solutions for our customers. This position will provide coaching and development to individuals working within Heat Press. The right candidate will be an eager individual that displays leadership and has the track record of accomplishing tasks efficiently and on time.

We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a "roll-up your sleeves" approach.

Shifts
  • 1st, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • 2nd, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

During the 12-hour peak shifts, team members follow a rotating schedule that includes working four shifts one week and three shifts the following week. This schedule allows for two long weekends off per month.

Major Accountabilities / Essential Duties
Responsibilities
  • Distribute work and ongoing training to ONF team.
  • Keep area organized based on customer needs, work to eliminate any work queues that may cause delay.
  • Hold team accountable to assure new team members are taught properly and thoroughly to achieve company expectations and reduce errors.
  • Always keep Management & Technicians aware of any machine problems that may cause difficulties with Quality or Productivity.
  • Be a resource for questions and guidance to all ONF staff.
  • Work with the Lead and Supervisor to deliver performance-focused and servant leader coaching.
  • Coordinate with the Trainer to support new team members during their transition to production.
  • Provide supplemental and on-the-job training as needed.
  • Provide feedback to team members to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Report quality issues to lead, supervisor, or manager when necessary.
  • Actively maintain, apply, and expand knowledge as changes occur; remain current with policy and procedures as they relate to Quality standards.
  • Participate in briefings, seminars, and meetings to remain current with product information, job skills and computer changes and updates.
  • Uphold and exemplify Training and Quality standards involving appearance, attendance, behavior, and attitude when dealing with fellow team members and leadership.
  • Clear and precise shift change with the oncoming or outgoing ONF team.
  • Assist with all duties asked of the Supervisor or Manager within the ONF Department including being able to perform all duties expected of a ONF associate.
  • Responsible for keeping work area safe and clean daily.
  • Assist team members in solving problems.
  • Be present and prompt for all shifts.
  • Adhere to company policy.
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative, adaptability, and patience with repetition is a must within the role.
  • Ability to work with various learning abilities and be respectful of differences in styles of learning.
  • Ability to operate and understand functioning equipment according to established processes.
  • Ability to organize, plan and problem solve.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to help others learn and succeed.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Track record of knowledge and adherence to all company and CFC policies.
  • Possess high attention to detail and demonstrate ahigh quality of work.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and direct work to others with minimal supervision from the Department Supervisor.
  • Prior heat press experience is a must and prior lead experience is preferred.
  • Must have a proven track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism.
  • Candidate should be production oriented.
  • Must be proficient in English.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Computer Skills: Computer skills required.
