Job summary

Myna Partners is seeking an OneTrust Implementation Associate to support multiple projects, design and implement privacy, compliance, and GRC programs, and configure OneTrust modules for clients.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, engage in testing, and assist with go-live activities while developing your skills in a dynamic consulting environment in Fort Lauderdale or Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of technology related experience.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, etc.
• OneTrust Expert Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Designing & Building Compliance Programs – using knowledge of current and international regulations to assist clients in privacy, compliance, and GRC programs.
• Configuring & Integrating OneTrust – gather requirements, design future state functions, configure modules, test, and support go-live.
• Client Support – provide ongoing support, engage with clients, and offer recommendations.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication.
• Adapts to change, learns quickly, and manages competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role, which requires you to work both remotely and from our Fort Lauderdale office. You will be expected to commute to the office two times a week. Please note our company offers relocation packages for eligible candidates relocating for this position.

Responsibilities

As a OneTrust Implementation Associate, you will be supporting multiple projects and tasks concurrently. This may include:

• Designing & Building Compliance Programs – Using your understanding of current regulations and international regulations, you will be part of teams assisting clients in building and operationalizing privacy, compliance, and GRC programs, including information mapping, data subject requests, assessments, third party risk management, and more.
• Configuring & Integrating OneTrust – Leveraging your OneTrust experience, provide the subject matter expertise needed to gather requirements, design future state program functions, configure the various OneTrust modules to align with future state design, perform testing, and support go-live activities.
• Client Support – You will be providing on-going support to our clients through interaction, problem resolution, and recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to clearly articulate thoughts verbally and written.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures.
• Adaptable, welcomes change, and is comfortable with ambiguities.
• Effectively balances competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years of technology related experience.
• Knowledge of various regulatory and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, etc.).
• OneTrust Expert Certifications.

Preferred

• Experience configuring APIs with OneTrust.
• Knowledge of risk management principles.
• Professional Certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, CISA, CISSP).
