Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Project Coordinator to own guided onboarding and small software implementations, coordinating across Sales, Product, implementation and support to advocate for OneTrust and the customer. You will provide a clear onboarding journey and serve as the single point of contact to manage engagement scope, resources and timelines.

The Challenge

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is passionate about delivering software implementations and building excellent relationships with our customers. As a Project Coordinator you will own guided onboarding and small project success from start to completion. You will coordinate across Sales, Product, implementation and support to be an advocate for onetrust and the customer.

Provide a clear journey and onboarding experience ensuring customer satisfaction. As the single point of contact you will manage engagement scope, resources and timelines. Providing clarity throughout to the customer.

You Will

• Engagement lead for our "guided onboarding" & small projects
• Provide clear & managed onboarding journey to the customer

Your Experience Includes

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or other related field

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range

$55,650 - $83,475 USD
