The Senior Financial Consolidation and Reporting Analyst in Southfield, Michigan, will drive global consolidation, automate reporting, and support audits with strong analytical leadership.

Candidates should have 5 years in consolidation and 10 years in financial statements, with proficiency in OneStream and ERP tools, and strong English communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate financial data across global entities and ensure reporting integrity.
• Leverage OneStream to optimize consolidation processes and drive digital transformation.
• Standardize and automate reporting for consistency and efficiency.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closes across multiple manufacturing entities.
• Prepare reporting packages for parent company and audits.
• Analyze cost optimization, capex, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.
• Support audits with documentation, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Develop dashboards for real-time plant performance and KPIs.
• Perform additional finance duties as required.
