Job summary

Auria, a leading global supplier of engineered automotive systems, seeks a Senior Financial Consolidation and Reporting Analyst to join the Finance team in Southfield, Michigan. The role focuses on consolidation integrity, OneStream optimization, automated reporting, and support for global closes and audits.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred) and 5+ years in consolidation with 10 years in financial statements and cost accounting, plus strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years global consolidation and reporting experience; 10 years financial statements and cost accounting experience a plus.
• Experience managing large volumes of financial information.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial consolidation system integrity, maintenance, and reporting processes.
• Maximize and advance the use of OneStream consolidation system capabilities and lead digital transformation.
• Standardize and automate reporting processes to improve consistency and workflow efficiency.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes across multiple global manufacturing entities.
• Support the preparation of financial reporting packages for the parent company and external audits.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis, including cost optimization and capital investments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and US GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Support audits by preparing documentation, reconciliations, and analyses where the consolidation system applies.
• Develop, support, and maintain financial dashboards showing KPI and plant performance.
• Perform other assigned duties related to the finance function.
