Job summary

Mars Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager, Process and Platform to ensure the integrity of the OneStream system and period-end close processes.

You will lead a team of three OneStream administrators and collaborate with IT, Controllership, FP&A, and external consultants to meet stakeholder needs and deliver reliable reporting. This role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on data quality and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience with financial systems; 5 in the EPM space; 2 years of OneStream.
• Experience leading high-performance teams.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and consolidation accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; SOX knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and support of the OneStream financial system.
• Oversee governance of system changes, upgrades, security, and archival.
• Lead a team of 3 OneStream administrators supporting close and new unit integrations.
• Business partner across IT, Controllership, FP&A, and external consultants for reporting.
• Provide OneStream expertise on technology/process improvements and upgrades.
• Critical support to the financial close process as it relates to OneStream.
• Continual assessment and refinement of OneStream to changing requirements.
• Oversee data inflow and outflow in OneStream from ERP/Planning/Allocation systems.
