Job summary

Koch is seeking a Systems Analyst for an internal consulting role focused on OneStream and financial processes. The position is onsite with flexible arrangements and open locations including Wichita, Atlanta, Plano, or Auburn Hills.

You will drive the monthly close, build data layouts, and deliver financial reports while collaborating with product and business teams across the enterprise. Strong communication and a transformational mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial close and FP&A processes using OneStream.
• Proficiency with consolidations, eliminations, allocations, and metadata management in OneStream.
• Knowledge developing and delivering financial reports.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and projects while partnering with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial close as a trusted partner.
• Perform tool fit assessments and recommend optimal solutions.
• Identify strategic opportunities within the organization and the tool.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to find mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Develop data layouts and workflows to support analysis and financial reports.
• Construct or optimize system processes and lead system projects.
