We are offering a unique opportunity for a Director with a background in accounting and/or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to join our growing Data & Digital Services (DDS) Consulting Practice. This position involves relationship management and onsite client projects, with a focus on OneStream, part of our rapidly growing Corporate Performance Management (CPM) practice.

This Consultant will execute end-to-end implementations from system design through implementation and support. Responsibilities include technical skills, pre-sales/sales support, staff oversight and development, project management, and effective communication with internal leadership and clients.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s success. They should be a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding their clients' business. This is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional with a strong background in Accounting/Finance, consulting/project management experience, and familiarity with OneStream. Experience with other CPM tools like Workday Adaptive Planning and Oracle EPM will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all client delivery activities within assigned accounts
• Conduct training and prototype sessions
• Develop and present design documents based on client requirements and manage CPM implementation design
• Manage project scope, tasks, deadlines, budgets, and work with project teams during CPM implementations
• Serve as a technical expert in business development activities, including thought leadership, pipeline generation, project scoping, proposals, and contracting
• Lead practice development initiatives aligned with firm and DDS strategy
• Drive financial growth and talent development within the practice
• Oversee and manage strategic business partnerships

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in CPM implementation/delivery, with a minimum of 5 years focused on OneStream
• Minimum 8 years of experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting/consolidation
• Experience in consulting or professional services, with pre-sales/sales experience preferred
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects
• Willingness to travel approximately 35%

The salary range for this role is $141,900 - $286,000. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location. Successful candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
