Job summary

Brabner Fox is seeking Senior OneStream consultants to lead end-to-end OneStream implementations for large organisations in the United States. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A teams to design, configure, and deploy solutions that enhance consolidation, planning, reporting, and regulatory processes.

About the Role

OneStream consultants and senior consultants will have the opportunity to contribute to and lead end-to-end OneStream implementation engagements for large and complex organisations, providing delivery leadership, acting as trusted advisors to stakeholders, and supporting the growth of the OneStream practice while ensuring all engagements comply with firm governance frameworks and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and lead end-to-end OneStream implementation engagements for large and complex organisations, partnering with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A teams to design, configure, and deploy solutions that enhance financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Provide delivery leadership across OneStream platform implementations, including data integration, reporting automation, financial close, and planning solutions, ensuring projects are delivered in line with client objectives and industry leading practices.
• Design and implement OneStream data integration solutions, including data models, business rules, data sources, dashboards, and automated integration processes to support trusted reporting across multiple source systems.
• Advise clients on OneStream capabilities, helping organisations improve financial governance, reporting efficiency, auditability, and decision-making through integrated Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, programme sponsors, and business stakeholders, proactively managing risks, scope, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across the OneStream platform, including Financial Close & Consolidation, Planning & Budgeting, ESG Reporting, and MarketPlace solutions.
• Contribute to and lead requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and business process assessments to develop scalable and sustainable financial architectures.
• Mentor and develop consultants by providing technical leadership, conducting quality reviews, sharing OneStream best practices, and supporting professional growth.
• Support business development activities through proposal development, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, client presentations, and opportunity scoping.
• Contribute to the growth of the OneStream practice by developing implementation methodologies, accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery standards.
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements while maintaining delivery quality, project profitability, resource utilisation, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure all engagements comply with firm governance frameworks, quality assurance standards, and established delivery methodologies.
• Ensure all engagements are delivered in accordance with firm methodologies, governance standards, risk management procedures, and quality assurance requirements.
