We are currently seeking a OneMaximo Global Admin - Remote to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Project Overview:

IT OneMaximo Staff Aug as Global System Admin requires in-depth understanding of the OneMaximo system and configurations, including proprietary tools from ABS Consulting. This position supports the system infrastructure (for 5 environments) at 11 global sites, performance monitoring, with understanding of OMX policies and procedures to support potential Global TrackWise Deviations, CIS policies and procedures, new user requirements, updates to Global configurations and security Matrix, and KPI development for EAM maintenance systems in Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• Global Change Controls
• Development and validation of AWS/RHOS GMP/Qualified Platforms (Non-Validated and Validated environments)
• Data Integrity Assessments
• CIS Assessments and Attestations
• Oracle Database mapping and validation planning
• Risk assessments and documentation updates
• Validation and qualification of environments and infrastructure
• Data migration planning and reporting
• Development of KPI dashboards and performance qualifications
• Disaster recovery planning and testing
• Ensuring compliance with CFR part 11 and electronic signatures
• Management of application, database, and build servers in AWS cloud

Key Skills:

• 15+ years validating Maximo systems under 21 CFR part 11 compliance in GMP environments
• 15+ years in EAM including implementation, customization, upgrades, and data migration
• Experience with ABS proprietary tools for data migration and archival
• International system support experience across NA, EMEA, APAC
• Expertise in MAS EAM development, design, and configuration
• Certifications in Manufacturing Management, IBM Certified Deployment, and Infrastructure Deployment Professional
• Proficiency with Maximo modules, security administration, and system integration
• Development of validated reports and KPI dashboards in BIRT and Power BI
• Experience with SDLC documentation and change management
• Knowledge of Maximo database structures and CFR compliance
• Project management experience including upgrades and legacy system replacements
• UAT testing, IQ/OQ/PQ/PV development and execution in ALM
• Training development and instructional delivery skills
