Job summary

OneKey MLS in the United States is seeking a motivated Frontend Developer with a passion for AI applications to join our team. You will design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend applications using Next.js in a monolithic repository, building intuitive interfaces with Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI.

You will implement data fetching with tRPC and TanStack Query, integrate AI-powered features, deploy on Vercel, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend applications using Next.js framework in a monolithic repository.
• Build intuitive user interfaces with Shadcn UI components and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement and optimize data fetching strategies using tRPC and TanStack Query.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features and applications into our product suite.
• Develop and deployTrigger.dev triggersto support application functionality.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project managers to gather and refine requirements.
• Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development tasks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices through GitHub workflows.
• Deploy and manage applications on Vercel hosting platform.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Meet project milestones and deliverables within established timelines.
• Attend team meetings and provide thoughtful solutions and alternatives to technical challenges.
• Write automated unit testing
• Work both independently and collaboratively as project needs require.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must reside in the US and be a permanent resident
• Proven experience with Next.js and modern React development building PWA/SPA applications.
• Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS for styling and responsive design.
• Hands-on experience with Shadcn UI or similar component libraries.
• Hands-on experience with tRPC for type-safe API development.
• Practical knowledge of TanStack Query (React Query) for state management.
• Proven experience working with Payload CMS(customisingthe admin panel, creating custom collections, hooks, API integrations, etc.).
• Familiarity with Drizzle ORM or similar ORMs.
• Experience working with MSSQL and/orPostgres databases.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control.
• Experience with Vercel or similar deployment platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and project milestones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or integrating AI features into web applications.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services andTrigger.dev triggersdevelopment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall development environments.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with design systems and component-driven development.
