CAPS Collaborative is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-to-one nursing support at Kelly Day Elementary in Barre, MA. The role requires pediatric trach/vent experience and the ability to collaborate with related service providers in an embedded therapy model.

This full-time position starts immediately and offers hourly pay between $26 and $45, with a commitment to delivering high-quality student care in partnership with local school districts.

Formación

• LPN license or eligibility.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Trach/vent care experience is required or strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one nursing care for students in the Kelly Day program.
• Collaborate with related service providers within an embedded therapy model.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during care in a school setting.
